CHECKPOINT CHASE

Saturday 22 October 10.00 to 14.00



Calling all runners, walkers, students, scholars, scouts, outdoor lovers, families…
Join us for a fun map treasure hunt run/walk  around the vlei, finding as many marked checkpoints  as possible in one hour! Instructions/help will be provided.

Princess Vlei Eco Adventure Centre. Get directions here

    When:  22 October 2016

    Times:10h00: Registration and briefings

               11h00: Start

               13h00: Prize giving


Cost:     R20 per entry (individual or team, payable on the day)

Options: Novice (beginners), Intermediate (runners and experienced orienteers)

Entries due by Wednesday 19 October 2016.

  • Those over 12 years may participate in teams of  2 to 4.
  • Younger children to be accompanied by an adult.
  • Certificates for all finishers, prizes for category winners and lucky draw prizes open to all entrants.
  • Food stalls available or bring your own picnic. Security provided by local Neighbourhood Watch.
